Glover Associates & Consulting Ltd offer to carry out work for the Legal and Insurance professions, acting as expert witnesses for both Claimant and Defendant. Our service provides the preparation of expert reports and giving evidence in Court on both commercial, civil litigation and personal injury claims, and prosecutions.  We undertake instructions on behalf of both Claimants and Defendant and can provide expert reports for large group actions.

Expert Witness Service
Assistance from an expert witness may be needed at varying stages in the event of a dispute and for a variety of reasons. Such advice is often procured long before any decision is taken regarding potential litigation. Often the expert’s view can be a deciding factor in whether or not to proceed with a civil claim.		 Our expert witnesses can provide assistance in the following areas:

  • Claims for damages following machinery based accidents or ill-health at work.
  • Carrying out site and machinery inspections and scrutinising witness statements.
  • Assessment of negligence.
  • Determining breaches of legislation.
  • Application of health and safety legislation in specific circumstances.
